Two ways in, both of them staffed

Live chat runs 24 hours a day, every day. The online form comes back within 24 hours. There is no phone line, and rather than leave you to discover that at 11pm, we would rather say it here and explain why.

Ways to reach us

Live chat

24 hours, 7 days

The fastest route for anything time-sensitive — a stuck deposit, a game that will not load, a withdrawal you want to check on. Open it from the chat button in the bottom corner of any page while signed in.

Online support form

Answered within 24 hours

Better for anything that needs a document attached or a considered answer: verification, a bonus term you want in writing, a privacy request. Reachable from the help centre in your account.

Help centre

Always available

Articles covering verification, wagering, payment timeframes and the responsible gaming tools. Worth thirty seconds before you queue for anything — a good share of chats are answered there already.

Languages

Four, around the clock

English, Hungarian, Japanese and Norwegian. Chat opens in the language your account is set to, and you can switch at any point in the conversation.

02

Where to start, by topic

Both channels reach the same team, but starting in the right place saves a hand-off.

Bonus or wagering question Either Minutes on chat
Limits, cool-off or self-exclusion Live chat — say it plainly and it is actioned on the spot Immediate
Privacy or data request Online form Up to 30 days, usually sooner
Complaint or escalation Online form, so there is a written trail Aim to close within 14 days
Website or technical fault Either — a screenshot helps enormously Same day acknowledgement

Getting the useful reply first time

Support answers are only as good as the detail they start with. Four things turn a slow exchange into a quick one.

  1. Sign in first. An authenticated chat comes with your account history attached, so nobody has to ask you to prove who you are before the conversation can begin.
  2. Bring the specifics. The transaction reference, the game name, the date and time, the amount. "My withdrawal from Tuesday afternoon for $420 by Jeton" gets an answer in one message.
  3. Screenshot the error. If something on screen looks wrong, a picture removes an entire round of guesswork.
  4. Say what you want to happen. Whether you are after an explanation, a correction or a limit set, telling us the outcome you want saves us guessing at it.

One thing we will never ask for: your password. If a message claiming to be from Mickey9 asks for it, it is not from us — close it and tell us on chat.

04

If we get it wrong

Sometimes the first answer is not good enough, and there is a route above it rather than a wall.

  1. Ask the agent to escalate. You do not need to justify the request and it does not cost you your place in the queue.
  2. A manager goes through the account records, the transaction log and the chat transcript, then replies in writing.
  3. Where a game studio or a payment provider has to investigate, we tell you that is what is happening and keep you updated instead of going quiet.
  4. If it is still unresolved, the matter can be referred to the Curacao Gaming Control Board under the terms of our licence.

The full complaints process is set out in section 08 of our Terms & Conditions.

05

Why there is no phone line

It is the one thing players ask for that we do not offer, so it deserves a straight answer rather than silence.

A phone line staffed to the same standard as our chat would mean queues at Australian peak times and voicemail overnight — the exact hours when a stuck deposit is most likely to ruin an evening. Chat is staffed around the clock instead, it handles several conversations at once without any of them waiting, and it leaves a transcript both sides can point back to when a detail is disputed. For a service where the details are amounts and timestamps, written wins.

That is a trade-off rather than a perfect answer, and we know some people would still rather talk to someone. If the balance ever shifts, we will add a line and say so on this page.

When it is not us you need

Some things are outside what a casino support desk can help with, and pointing you somewhere better is more useful than a polite deflection.

  • Gambling is causing harm. Gambling Help Online is free, confidential and answered 24/7 on 1800 858 858. Our own limit and self-exclusion tools are on the Responsible Gaming page and we will action any of them on chat, immediately, no questions asked.
  • You are in crisis. Lifeline on 13 11 14, 24 hours a day. In an emergency, 000.
  • Debt has become the problem. The National Debt Helpline offers free financial counselling on 1800 007 007.
  • You want to be blocked everywhere. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, covers every licensed Australian online operator at once — betstop.gov.au.

A self-exclusion request on live chat is actioned immediately and is never argued with, delayed or answered with a counter-offer. That is a commitment, not a courtesy.
